One-to-one coaching
Individual support for sexual confidence
Sexual challenges are personal. Stress, expectation, self-monitoring, relationship dynamics and previous experiences can all affect what happens during sex.
One-to-one coaching gives us the space to understand your individual pattern and work with it directly.
£60 per session, in blocks of five.
What we can work with
Focused on your individual challenge
Coaching is shaped around what is actually happening for you rather than forcing every man through the same formula.
- — Performance anxiety and overthinking
- — Difficulty maintaining an erection
- — Finishing sooner than you or your partner would like
- — Pressure around penetration
- — Recognising and regulating arousal
- — Sexual communication and confidence
- — Rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences
- — Moving from performance towards presence, connection and Eros
The approach
Awareness before effort
Men are often encouraged to solve sexual difficulties through more effort, more control or another technique. But when pressure and self-monitoring are part of the problem, trying harder can reinforce the same cycle.
We begin by understanding what happens in your body, attention and emotions before the difficulty appears. From there, we work with practical ways to reduce pressure, recognise arousal earlier and develop a more relaxed and confident response.
The approach is direct and practical. It does not require adopting tantric or esoteric language.
Structure
Why coaching begins with five sessions
A single conversation may provide insight, but established patterns usually require observation, practice and adjustment.
Five sessions give us time to understand the pattern, introduce practical changes, review what happens and refine the approach around your experience.

About
About Kieran Dowling
I have spent more than seventeen years exploring practices connected with masculinity, sexuality, awareness and the tantric path. For more than ten years, I have worked with individuals and groups through teaching, workshops and personal guidance.
My approach is practical and non-judgemental. The aim is to understand what is actually happening—not impose another performance ideal.
Important
Coaching is not medical treatment
Coaching provides educational guidance and personal support. It is not psychotherapy, medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
New, persistent, unexplained or potentially physical symptoms should be discussed with a GP or qualified healthcare professional. Coaching should not replace appropriate medical care.
